Subscribe once and your calendar app will show upcoming and planned publishing activity for all websites on your account.

#Subscribe

1. Sign in to the dashboard.
2. Open Publishing calendar.
3. Copy the link under Subscribe in your calendar.
4. In your calendar app, add a calendar from URL (wording varies by app):
   • Google Calendar — Settings → Add calendar → From URL
   • Outlook — Add calendar → Subscribe from web
   • Apple Calendar — File → New Calendar Subscription

The dashboard includes short steps for your app if you need them.

#Keep your link private

The calendar link is personal to your account. Anyone with the link can see your schedule—do not post it publicly.

#Regenerate your link

If you choose Regenerate calendar link, the old link stops working immediately. Remove the old subscription in your calendar app and add the new URL.

#Updates in your calendar app

Calendar apps refresh subscribed feeds on their own schedule—sometimes only every few hours. If events look stale, wait a while or remove and re-add the subscription.

#What you will see

Events reflect your content plan and publishing schedule across your websites. The horizon and number of events shown depend on your account settings; contact support if you need a longer view.
